Our director, Dr. David Bromiley, has over 15 years of education and training experience within the Secondary and Higher education sectors, developing teams of staff within a range of settings and providing training in leadership and management, learning teachniques and content delivery.  He has delivered mentoring and training from a 1-2-1 basis through to implementing organisation-wide programmes, and has extensive experience of staff performance assessment, management and appraisal.  He also has extensive experience of local government and political campaigning, having served as an elected Local Councillor within the London Borough of Redbridge.

Dr. Bromiley uses a trainee-centred approach to all learning, with lessons and courses adapted to both the syllabus requirements and desired learning outcomes, as well as the time-constraints and demands existing within all modern working environments.
